Workers hold Ekta Rally

KATRA, Dec 26: To raise the voice of daily rated workers and others, a massive Ekta Rally by various organizations of workers was organized  at Katra town, here today.
The various organizations,  which participated in the rally, included  All J&K PHE ITI trained and CP Workers Association, Mazdoor Dastkar Union, ALL J&K Home Guard Welfare Association, All J&K Polytechnic Academic Arrangements Association, International Human Rights Organization(IHRO) J&K, ALL J&K Disable Welfare Association, Jeevan Sangarsh Trust.
Hundreds of workers of these organizations participated in the rally, which was organized to give a clear cut message to the Government and administration that various organizations of Jammu were not a divided house but a united family. Through the Ekta Rally the various organizations gave a message that they would stand together with each other for the fight of their rights and justice.
While addressing, Tanveer Hussain, president All J&K PHE ITI trained and CP Workers Association, said that the Ekta Rally was an initiative of various organizations to bring all bodies and fronts on one united platform through which they could effectively raise their voice for justice and rights. “We welcome the SRO issued by the department for regularization but our struggle is not over,” he added
Others, who addressed the rally, included Atul Sudan, president AJKPAA;  Bansi Lal Sharma, president Mazdoor Dastkar Union; Kamla Sharma, president J&K Home Guard Welfare Association; Puneet Sharma,  president All Medical  Daily Wagers/Casual Labour/ITI/Non ITI Workers Union,   Deepak Gupta,  Sunita Sharma,  Rajni Sharma, Sushil Sharma, Bhanu Partap Singh, Subhash Rakhwal, Sanjeev Thakur, Rajesh Sharma, Pawan Kumar, Dhani Ram, Jugal Kishore Sharma, Darshan Kumar, Soma, Mohd Sadiq, Rahul, Vinod Sharma, Kushal Sharma, Akhil Sharma, Jeevan Singh, Tilak Raj, Pardeep Sharma, Manjeet Singh, Vipun Kumar, Prithvi Singh and  Subhash.
