‘Women Alive’ celebrates its 3rd anniversary

JAMMU, Feb 14: Women Alive – Aerobics & Kathak centre  at Channi,  celebrated its third anniversary by organizing a beauty contest.
Dr Aria won “Miss Women Alive” while Jyoti won “Mrs  Women Alive”  title.  Along with  DC Samba Sheetal Nanda,  Dr Sana Mehmood,  Anuradha, Indu and  Dr Namrata,   around 200 ladies witnessed this function.
This fitness center includes  treadmills, steppers, dumbbells for strength conditioning, aerobic workouts,weight trainings, cardio, kathak for full body management and many more fitness programmes. With Aerobics, Yoga and Kathak classes, “Women Alive” provides a complete package to tune the body and mind. The range of exercises from Pilates to Cardio and variety of aerobics routines which are specially tuned with the need of clients makes it all together an exciting experience.
Monika, CEO Women Alive is  FSSA (Fitness and Sport Science Association) certified instructor and  holds an MA in Kathak. With 500 women trained in this short time, it has indeed been an exhilarating journey for her. Monika has planed to include the high-energy dance form Booiaka  in the coming months, in addition to her much-recommended aerobics and Kathak classes.
