JAMMU, Oct 2: The family members of Shakuntla Devi, a housewife, who had died under mysterious circumstances in the house of her in-laws at village Arnora in Doda district on December 25 last year.
In a statement, Dileep Singh, brother of the victims, said that the FSL report, which has recently been received by the police that the woman hadn’t consumed poison.
“If she hadn’t consumed the poison that meant that she didn’t committed suicide and was murdered’’, Mr Singh said urging Doda police to register murder case and hold investigations.
The culprits should be brought to the book, he added.
He hoped that police would investigate the case impartially and take stern action against the culprits.
