KISHTWAR, Aug 16: A woman has been allegedly stabbed by her husband over some domestic issue at Nagra Sarthak area, falling under the jurisdiction of Kishtwar police station.
As per police sources, a man identified as Sajeed Hussain attacked her wife Parvana Begum at his resident at Nagra Sarthak with sharp edged weapon over some domestic issue. The accused later escaped from the spot.
The profusely bleeding woman was shifted to District Hospital Kishtwar, where she was responding to the treatment, when last reports came in.
A case under Section 307 RPC has been registered at Kishtwar police station and hunt has been launched to arrest the accused.
