JAMMU, Feb 17: Police today arrested a Woman Special Police Officer (SPO) presently posted in Pacca Danga police station and recovered around 200 intoxicants from his possession at Digiana.
As per police sources, on specific inputs, police team from Digiana police post led by SI Sunil Sharma laid a naka at Digiana and intercepted a woman SPO identified as Manisha, wife of late Yogesh Kumar of Ambphalla.
During checking, police recovered around 200 intoxicants from her possession and arrested the woman.
A case in this connection has been registered and further investigation is going on.
