KATRA, Mar 14: A woman pilgrim from Chattisgarh died in a Katra Hotel, here today.
The deceased had arrived here along with other family members to pay obeisance at Mata Vaishno Devi shrine. As she was ailing, the other members left her in the hotel room and proceeded further for the darshan at Bhawan. However, on returning back, they found the woman dead in the room.
Deceased has been identified as Deepa Balani (32), wife of Raj Kumar of Chattishgarh.
According to the relatives, before arriving Katra, they had earlier visited Haridwar where the woman had fallen ill. They had also consulted the doctors there.
