Srinagar, Dec 31: Police today said that a lady was injured after she was hit by a vehicle in North Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
A police spokesman said a sumo bearing registration number JK01M-7937 driven by Sameer Ahmad Awan hit a pedestrian namely Jameela Begum at Kandi in Karnah area of Kupwara.
“The injured was shifted to Sub District Hospital Tanghdar for treatment. Police have registered a case in this regard,” the spokesman added.
