JAMMU, June 4: Police today arrested a woman and recovered Rs 48,000 worth jewellery stolen by her from a house at village Satyan under the jurisdiction of Ramnagar police station in Udhampur district.
The woman, Neetu Verma had stolen the jewellery from the house of Kuldeep Singh at village Satyan few days back.
During investigations of the theft, police arrested the woman and recovered jewellery from her possession.
Police parties headed by SHO Ramnagar Vishal Sharma and SI Vikram Singh made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO Virender Bhat.
