MENDHAR, July 25: A woman died after she fell down from a motorcycle near Sagra village of Mankote tehsil in Mendhar Sub Division of Poonch today.
A police spokesman said that incident took place when the woman was coming from Balnoi to Sagra on a bike with her relative. She fell down and sustained serious head injuries. She has been identified as Tahira Khatoon (35), wife of Mohammad Salim, resident of Balnoi.
The body of the woman was sent for post postmortem at Sub District Hospital, Mendhar and later handed over to the family. A case has been registered at Mendhar Police Station in this connection.
