JAMMU, Oct 11: Police today detained a woman reportedly involved in transportation of explosives in Billawar, which was recovered by the Military Intelligence (MI) and Special Operations Group (SOG) at Bus Stand Jammu recently.
She has been identified as Shameem Akhter wife of Yusuf, a resident of Paddu.
She is being questioned, police said, adding she appeared to be the same woman who had handed over explosives to a bus driver describing it as flour. She had given Rs 50 to the driver and told her that a boy will collect the bag at Bari Brahmana.
However, none came to collect the bag, which was seized by the MI and SOG Jammu.
