JAMMU, June 8: A woman allegedly committed suicide in Satwari area, police sources said.
The deceased was identified as Komal, wife of Pardeep Kumar of Bari Brahmana District Samba, at present Satwari District Jammu.
She allegedly consumed some poisonous substance in her residence in Satwari on May 29 this year and died late last night.
After conducting autopsy, the body of the deceased was handed over to legal heirs for last rites.
Satwari Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
