Srinagar, May 14: Police today said a lady today attempted suicide in North Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
A police spokesman said 27-year old lady (name withheld) hailing from Kandi area of Kupwara district consumed some poisonous substance at her home.
“She was shifted to SKIMS Soura Srinagar for treatment. Police have registered a case in this regard,” the spokesman added.
