SRINAGAR, Mar 8: A couple was critically injured due to suffocation caused by the gas heater in their room at Paripora, Sugipora in north Kashmir.
A police spokesman said Rayees Ahmad Lone son of Mohammad Sultan and his wife Shameema fell unconscious due to the suffocation caused by the gas heater in their room at Paripora Sugipora in Sopore.
“They were shifted to District Hospital Handwara where doctors declared Shameema brought dead. Her husband was shifted to SMHS Hospital Srinagar for further treatment,” the spokesman said.
