Why J&K people have no Fundamental Rights: Bhim to PM

JAMMU, Feb 3: Chief Patron of National Panthers Party (NPP), Prof. Bhim Singh here today expressed surprise on the alleged silence of Prime Minister, Modi about the relationship of J&K with rest of the country.
In a handout Singh asked the PM why people of J&K ‘are not granted Fundamental Rights since 1950’ when Constitution of India was promulgated.
He also asked the PM about the future of refugees who came to Jammu region from Pakistan in 1947 and about Fundamental Rights of their next generations born in J&K in refugee families.
Bhim Singh said that election slogans of Modi have no meaning unless J&K is integrated with rest of the country by bringing entire India from Kanyakumari to Kashmir under one flag, one constitution and fundamental rights to all the citizens.
