The steps as initiated by the Defence Ministry viz-a-viz armed forces will go a long way in redressing the grievances of jawans.
The jawans who work in troubled areas should be given a preferential treatment. Being stressed, they need to be taken care of properly by way of redressing their grievances on priority basis, and adopting a friendly attitude towards them.
More and more recreational facilities be introduced to deflect the attention of jawans. If jawans are supposed to guard the borders of the country, the countrymen are supposed to safeguard their interests.
