JAMMU, Apr 13: Jammu West Assembly Movement (JWAM) has demanded three month advance salaries for the employees of J&K apart from waving-off power tariff of industrial and domestic consumption for the lockdown period.
In a handout, JWAM president, Sunil Dimple claimed economic crisis in upper and middle class families due to lockdown triggered by COVID-19 pandemic.
He also demanded extension of the lockdown as the pandemic is spreading across the country.
The JWAM leader urged upon the Prime Minister to direct banks to wave-off interests on installments of transporters and home loans for the period of lockdown apart from directions to telecom companies to exempt mobiles phone and landline bills for the lockdown period.
