JAMMU, April 13: Kushok Thiksey Rinpochey/Ex-MP and Head of Thiksay and Diskit Monastery Nawang Chamba Stanzin donated an amount of Rs 1 lakh for Prime Minister CARES Fund and also handed over a cheque of Rs 1 lakh to Secretary Health Rigzin Samphel for LG Relief Fund of UT Ladakh.
Chief Representative Officer (CRO), Tibetan Settlement, Choglamsar donated Rs 5,76,365 towards LG Relief Fund and handover the cheque of the amount to Commissioner/Secretary Health.
Similarly, Yangtse Yargais Tsogspa Leh also donated an amount of Rs 50,000 in the account of LG Relief Fund.
In Jammu, Shri Chandra Gufa Sadhana Mandir Trust, Circular Road, Panjtirthi donated an amount of Rs 2 lakh in PM CARES Fund.
Avni Sharma, a student of class 5th of Jodhamal Public School donated her last 2-years’ pocket money amounting to Rs 20,000 to PM CARES Fund. She handed over the amount in the form of a cheque to general secretary (organization), Ashok Koul and Jugal Dogra, chairman, Grievance Cell J&K for PM CARES Fund.
