The water crisis have developed due to inadequate storage of water and non replacement of old pipes. The population of the area has increased manifolds since these pipes were laid. Insanitary condition
This is to draw the attention of the Jammu Municipal Corporation authorities towards the insanitary conditions in our Colony. The attention of JMC authorities has been drawn towards this problem time and again but they have remained quite apathetic. Garbage dumps have sprouted here and there along the roads. These dumps are proving health hazards not only for bovine but also for the residents. The sweepers are seldom seen here. Many requests had been made to the area inspector but no action has been taken so far. The sweepers make customary presence in the colony by cleaning the exterior areas, leaving behind interior ones.
We hope this time JMC will not let down the people of this colony. In case situation does not improve, we will come on roads.
