SRINAGAR, June 5: A grand and impressive function was organized today at Dak Bungalow Uri in Baramulla district to bid warm send off to Executive Engineer (XEN) R&B Special Sub Division Uri, Nisar Ahmad Jan who retired today after completing his service from the Department.
Chief Engineer R&B Kashmir, Rafiq Ahmad Rafiq presided over the function while as Sub Divisional Magistrate Uri, Harvinder Singh, Superintending Engineer Srinagar, Abdul Qayoom Kirmani, Executive Engineer R&B Baramulla, Masroor Ahmad and other senior officers of District were also present.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Engineer lauded the contribution of retiring officer as Executive Engineer in R&B Department and acknowledged his services in taking important works in his tenure. The Chief Engineer also wished him a prosperous post-retirement life.
While speaking on the occasion, SDM Uri complimented Er Nisar for his contribution in the developmental works completed during his tenure in the area.
Superintending Engineer Srinagar also highlighted the exemplary service of the retired engineer and wished him a happy and healthy post-retirement life.
