JAMMU, June 30: J&K Bank today gave a warm send-off to two of its senior-most officers, Sushil Kumar Gupta and Syed Shujaat Hussain Andrabi, who superannuated as General Managers after serving the institution with distinction for over 35 years. Executive Director Sudhir Gupta chaired the farewell function held at the Bank’s Corporate Headquarters. The event was attended by General Managers and other senior functionaries of the Bank. The event concluded with the presentation of mementos and good wishes from colleagues and peers. Managing Director & CEO Amitava Chatterjee also hosted a farewell dinner for the retiring officers over the weekend, which was attended by the Directors on the Bank’s Board.
A warm and heartfelt farewell was accorded to Sanjeev Kumar Garg, Airport Director, Jammu, on his superannuation by the Airports Authority of India (AAI) staff at Jammu Airport. Garg’s colleagues and team members highlighted his remarkable leadership, professionalism, and valuable contributions to the development of the airport. The farewell concluded with best wishes for his future endeavors and good health.
A function was organized in the office of Joint Director Youth Services & Sports Officer Jammu Vinakshi Koul to accord a warm farewell to Mool Raj, Assistant Director, Physical Education Jammu on his superannuation. All the officers, officials and colleagues of Mool Raj attended the function and along with the Joint Director gave warm wishes to the retiree for his post retirement life.
Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology-Jammu (SKUAST-J) accorded a warm farewell to its retiring officers, Dr Rajinder Peshin (Director Education) and Dr Abhay Kumar Sinha (Professor FM&PE), in a function held at Conference Hall, Chatha. The ceremony was organized under the leadership of Prof B N Tripathi, Vice Chancellor, SKUAST-Jammu, who was the chief guest on the occasion. Prof Tripathi wished the retirees a healthy and happy post-retired life. The function was attended by statutory officers, Heads of Divisions, faculty members, and other staff.
The staff and officers of the Directorate of Agriculture, Jammu, bid a warm and affectionate farewell to Agriculture Economist Jammu Pardeep Sharma and Assistant Agriculture Engineer, Seed Processing Unit, Jammu, Arshad Hussain Rashid who superannuated today after rendering over 35 years of dedicated service to the department. A heartfelt farewell function was organized at the Directorate to honour the retirees. Director Agriculture Production & Farmers Welfare, Jammu, Arvinder Singh Reen graced the occasion and extended best wishes to the retiring officers.
Anil Gupta, who attained superannuation as Accountant from the Department of Excise and State Taxes J&K, was accorded a warm farewell by his office colleagues. Additional Commissioner and three Deputy Commissioners of States Taxes Department were also present on the occasion. They all wished him a happy and healthy post retired life. Senior Accounts Officer and other colleagues of the retiree also attend the farewell function.
Head Pharmacist, Directorate of Health Services Jammu, Dharminder Singh Bhargav, who superannuated today, was accorded a warm send off by officers and officials of the Directorate of Health Services Jammu, in an impressive function organized in the premises of the Directorate. Director Health Services Jammu Dr Abdul Hamid Zargar, Deputy Director Dentistry Dr Sanjay Sharma, CMO Jammu Dr Harbaksh Singh wished the retiree a healthy and prosperous post retirement life.
