JAMMU, Dec 17: Fourth quarterly Welfare and Rehabilitation Board (WARB) meeting was held at GC campus CRPF Jammu, today.
The WARB Headquarter appointed DIGP, GC Jammu as District Welfare Officer for the welfare of retired CAPF personnel, Veer Nari and dependents of paramilitary forces who are residing in Jammu district, Poonch and Rajouri.
Naresh Kumar Yadav DIG, GC, CRPF welcomed the serving/retired personnel, Veer Nari and dependent present during the meeting and said, “We all are fortunate to be a part of this elite force and are leading a prosperous life today.”
After the meeting, the retired personnel, Veer Nari and dependents have introduced themselves and submitted their problems and suggestions, while some problems related to GC Jammu have been disposed of on the spot.
Prem Chandra Gupta Commandant GC,CRPF Jammu apprised the retired personnel, Veer Nari and dependents about the welfare policies/schemes received from WARB Hqrs and said that their views are important for future reforms in central paramilitary forces. He also assured that this GC is always ready to extend all the possible help.
Naresh Kumar Yadav, DIGP, PC Gupta (Commandant), Rajesh Kumar Dy. Comdt. Sumit Verma Dy. Comdt., Charan Singh Dy.Comdt./Min., Arun Kumar Uniyal, Asstt. Comdt., and Pawan Kumar Chaudhary, Bank Manager SBI Bantalab and other officers were present during the meeting.
