POONCH, Feb 25: An absconder wanted in a case registered in Police Station Gursai of Mendhar Sub Division was arrested by police after 12 years.
He has been identified as Jahangir Ahmed Shah, son of Saif Ali Shah, a resident of Gursai.
The accused was wanted in case FIR No. 10/2010 U/S 451/325/336/323 RPC and was absconding since 2010 whereas, a general warrant of arrest U/S 512 CrPC was issued against him by Munsiff Court Mendhar. The accused has been produced in the court of law for further course of action.
