JAMMU, Nov 13: A book of devotional songs ‘Charnamrit’ written by Gopi Krishen Bahar was here today released at a function organized by Vomedh in association with TRN.
Sohail Kazmi was chief guest on the occasion while B.N Abhilash, Ramesh Hangloo and Pitambar Razdan were guests of honour.
The author Gopi Krishen Bahar was presented a traditional turban and first time ‘Dastar Bandi’ was witnessed during the book release function.
Apart from this a musical event was also organized on the occasion consisting of Bahar’s devotional songs composed by Rajesh Khar and sung by Nirmala along with Vishal Pandita and Sharad Pandita. The musicians include Chandan Jasu and Rahul Bhardwaj.
Ramesh Hangloo of Sharda Radio and Rohit Bhat, Director Vomedh also spoke on the occasion.
