NEW DELHI, Feb 22: Indian Youth Congress National president Keshav Chand Yadav appointed Vishal Chopra as new State Media in- charge and spokesperson J&K, Youth Congress.
Chopra who belongs to non- political family back ground started his political career as student activist as MAM College president and youth leader in Congress party. He also remained general secretary in Youth Congress.
