DODA, Apr 21: The villagers and students held protest against Sub District Administration and Public Health Engineering (PHE) Department at Jangalward in Sub Division Thathri.
Large number of people and students held protest at Jangalward road and blocked Thathri- Jangalward road for vehicle movement. They protest against PHE Department, which has failed to solve the drinking water problem of the village Jangalward.
The protestors said they had brought the matter to the notice of concerned authorities of the PHE Department several times but nothing has been done to restore water supply.
They warned to block Kishtwar-Thathri road if PHE Department failed to redress the water crisis issue.
