UDHAMPUR, July 24: Agitated over worst condition of Ramnagar to Dallah road, locals held a protest demonstration against Public Works (R&B) Department demanding repair and black topping of the road.
The protesting villagers alleged that due to worst condition and big potholes in this 8 km road, operators of minibuses and buses do not ply their vehicles on this route with the result that locals, including school children were facing problems.
Despite repeated pleas, there was no action by the district administration and PWD to repair the road and improve its condition , they alleged adding that the road connects about 40 thousand population of the area comprising Tagan, Incha, Bari, Satyan, Matta and other villages.
