UDHAMPUR, Nov 16: The dead body of a villager from Sangaldan area of Ramban was found lying near hotel, Sky Lork in Udhampur town this morning.
The deceased was later identified as 55-year-old Hem Raj, son of Bhagat Ram, resident of Sangaldan area of Gool. The police said that Hem Raj, who was working as labourer in the area, belived to have died due to over drink and remaining in the cold outside during whole night. He was presently residing in a small rented room near Forest complex. His body was shifted to the mortuary of District Hospital. A case was registered in this connection.
