SAMBA, Oct 17: Vijaypur police on the basis of an information arrested two notorious drug peddlers namely Dinesh Sharma alias Kalu S/o Hem Raj R/o Ward No 6 Vijaypur and Pawan Kumar alias Marinda S/o Bodh Raj, R/o Ward No 12 Vijaypur and recovered 2.5 grams of Chitta (heroin),16 grams cannabis (hemp) and 84 intoxicant capsules of Parvon spas plus from their possession.
In this connection a case FIR No.141/2017 U/S 8/20/21 NDPS was registered at P/S Vijaypur. The operation was carried out by Vijaypur Police led by Inspector, Suraj Pathania, SHO P/S Vijaypur under the supervision of SDPO, Vijaypur Abhisheik Sharma on the directives of SSP Samba, Anil Magotra.
