Vibodh highlights developmental schemes launched by Modi Govt

RAJOURI, Jan 1: An impressive programme was organised in  Ward No.16 here today. The programme was attended by MLC Vibodh Gupta and the gathering complimented him for his efforts to release 7.5 crore for the construction of road under PMJSY.
MC Rajouri, Chairman, Arif Jat and Vice-Chairman, Bharat Bhushan Vaid also accompanied MLC.
Speaking on the occasion, MLC complimented people of Ward No. 16 for their love and blessings. He said,” under the PM Narendra Modi led BJP Government, the twin border districts of Rajouri-Poonch witnessed tremendous development and growth in economy, employment and tourism”.  ”Development in Rajouri is at its peak under BJP Government”, he added. MLC highlighted various welfare projects and schemes that has furthered the cause of development in the twin district.
He also lauded Central Government for cut in GST rates on certain items. He appreciated Modi Government’s new year gift to countrymen i.e  reduce in the price of non-subsidised LPG cylinder by Rs 120.50 per cylinder. Vibodh appealed people to join BJP in its Sabka Sath aur Sabka Vikas and Swach Bharat Andolan Mission.
Addressing the gathering, Chairman Arif Jat lauded and appreciated MLC for his efforts to develop Rajouri town on the lines of model towns. He said,” MLC has worked day and night for all sections of people and has set an example of “Sabka Sath aur Sabka Vikas”.
Ex- district president and Vice-Chairman MC also highlighted the achievements of BJP Government and appealed people to support BJP and contribute in the development of the country. He strongly asserted that Rajouri-Poonch observed great development during BJP Government.
District vice president, Kamal Bakshi also spoke on the occasion.
Senior BJP leader who attended the function were Varun Chandan, Nareej Chandan, Sourab Kapoor, Mohd Asif, Sultan Anjum Mirza, Tariq Jatt and officials of PWD Department.
