JAMMU, Sept 20: Jammu University Vice-Chancellor Prof R D Sharma today inaugurated the newly established hi-tech Computer Lab of the Directorate of Sports & Physical Education, JU.
The said Lab has been established to conduct the practical part of the Computer Application in Physical Education, subject taught to the BP Ed Course students and Information & Communication Technology in Physical Education to the MP Ed Course students.
After inaugurating the Lab, the VC also inspected library of the Directorate and had a brief interaction with the students of the BP Ed & MP Ed courses and faculty of the Directorate along with Prof Avtar Singh Jasrotia, Director, Directorate of Sports & Physical Education, JU.
Others, present on the occasion, included Dr Neeraj Sharma, Special Secretary to VC, Dr Brij Baloria, Ramesh Sharma, Raj Kumar Bakshi, Ravish Vaid, Gagan Kumar, Jai Bharat, Vinay Manhas, Harinder Pal Singh, P D Singh and staff of the Directorate of Sports and Physical Education, JU.
