Vacations in courts from June 7

JAMMU, May 28: The High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Subordinate Courts will observe summer vacations with effect from June 7.
As per the order, High Court will be closed for summer vacations from June 7, 2021 to June 25, 2021 (both days inclusive).
Similarly, Subordinate Courts falling in summer zone of Jammu province will observe 15 days summer vacations with effect from June 7 to June 21 (both days inclusive).
According to the order issued by Registrar General, Jawad Ahmed, the Subordinate Courts of Jammu Province excluding the courts located at Bhaderwah, Kishtwar, Doda, Batote, Gool, Bani, Banihal and Ukhral, will observe 15 days summer vacation with effect from June 7, 2021 to June 21, 2021.
The Registrar General has asked the Principal District and Sessions Judges and Chief Judicial Magistrates of all the districts to make suitable arrangements for disposal of urgent criminal business arising during the period of vacation in the areas within their respective jurisdictions.
