NEW DELHI : The Opposition today created ruckus in the Rajya Sabha on the new format of UPSC civil services examination, forcing the adjournment of the House till 1200 hrs.
When the House met for the day, members of the Opposition, including the Congress and the JD(U), raised uproar demanding removal of the new pattern CSAT from the UPSC civil services examination.
Chairman Hamid Ansari’s pleas to the members to maintain order in the House went unheeded and he adjourned the proceedings till noon.
