Uplift the social castes

Sir,
Caste institution is an important social institution in Hindu society from times immemorial. Social castes have not been accorded a ny status in the caste heirarchical order.
After independence, the think tank showed much prudence in trying to integrate social castes into the main stream of society because they were an  excluded and deprived group in respect of economic, social, educational and cultural aspects. The then elite lobby included these excluded groups in the schedules of constitution to give them special treatment by according reservation in services, educational institutions and so many other incentives.
This calls for immediate attention from all rational   thinking people. Social caste communities have to be given economic incentives by providing free or low interest loans so that they can set up college industries and other such economically viable domestic ventures.
Technical expertise shall have to be given to start these activities. Both academic and technical exposure has to be given to these social groups by providing them quality instructions. ITI’s should be opened exclusively for these social grups to focus on skill development.
Banking organisations should come forward to address this social cause by inventing some productive schemes. All these measures if taken seriously and sincerely can go a lot in ameliorating the conditions of this impoverised group.
Yours etc….
