UP: Devotees from Pakistan pay obeisance at Ram temple in Ayodhya

AYODHYA (Uttar Pradesh), May 3 : Around 250 devotees from Pakistan on Friday paid obeisance to Ram Lalla at the Ram Mandir built on the birthplace of Lord Shri Ram here.

According to Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Samvad Kendra, Devotees from 34 districts of the Sindh province of the neighbouring country also visited the famous Hanuman Garhi and participated in the darshan and Saryu Aarti.

According to Kendra, people of Sindhi community from places like Sakhar, Sangan, Kanthkot, Chichra, Pano, Baiji, Pitapin, Mysra, Bhailari of Sindh province of Pakistan have come to India on pilgrimage under the leadership of Salami Darbar.

Umesh Jilani, the local representative of this group, said that the devotees from the neighbouring country reached the temple of Ram Lalla dancing to the tune of drums and chanting and bowed their heads.  (UNI)
