JAMMU, Mar 9: The dead body of an unknown man was found today from Trikuta Nagar area of city outskirts.
According to a police spokesman, an identified man of age about 55 years was found dead this afternoon along a road in Sector 1, Extension Trikuta Nagar. He said that the body of the deceased was shifted to mortuary room of Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for identification/postmortem.
“Prima facie it appears that the man died of cardiac arrest, but the inquest proceedings under 174 CrPC were initiated under 174 CrPC at police station Trikuta Nagar”, he added.
