JAMMU, June 3: The dead body of an unknown man of age about 55 years was recovered this evening from RS Pura area of city outskirts.
According to a police spokesman, today at about 7.45 pm, some children were returning back home after playing cricket when they spotted a dead body of an unknown non-local man in Gegian area and informed the police.
The police reached the spot and shifted the body to mortuary room of Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for identification/post mortem. In this connection, RS Pura has initiated inquest proceedings.
