JAMMU, May 4: An unidentified person who was found unconscious at Jewel Chowk area here, died at the hospital.
A police spokesperson said that the unidentified man, aged around 45, was found unconscious under mysterious circumstances at Jewel area opposite V-Mart.
He was taken to Government Medical College Jammu by one Bachan Raina, he said.
“He died in the hospital around 2:30 pm,” the police spokesperson said.
While the body of the deceased has been shifted to the mortuary of the hospital for conducting the post-mortem and identification inquest proceedings have also been initiated to ascertain the cause of the death of the person.
