JAMMU, July 23: The dead body of an unidentified man of age about 35 years was recovered tod-ay from city outskirts.
According to a police spokesman, the dead body of an unknown man was found this evening lying near police station Trikuta Nagar. He said that the dead body was shifted to mortuary room of Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for identification and post mortem.
“A case in this connection was registered at police station Trikuta Nagar, where police has started inquest proceedings under section 174 CrPc”, the spokesman said, adding the deceased man appears to be mentally unsound, as he was wandering in the area for last three to four days, wearing only an underwear.
