KATHUA, Dec 27: Dogra Swabhiman Sangathan Party (DSSP) today organized meeting of its workers and candidates here to review the causes, deficiencies and the reason of the present results in the DDC elections.
While addressing, DSSP Chairman Choudhary Lal Singh expressed shock and utter dismay over the results and added that it is the part of a bigger conspiracy to marginalize the voice of Dogras.
“Why they used ballots instead of voting machines when they are going digital everywhere”, remarked Choudhary Lal Singh. He further said that the present election has been thrusted upon the public and our party which just was born, made its presence felt everywhere.
“Real issues of the development like 4G internet, toll plazas and the problem of the border areas have been kept aside and no star campaigners of the ruling party uttered a single word on that which clearly means that the real issues are kept in sideline by the ruling party. But DSSP will always fight the election on the real issues and the ultimate target of the DSSP is the separate Jammu State”, he added.
Kanta Andotra expressed her gratitude to all the members and supporters for their hard work and pledged its commitment to always stand by public in all circumstances.
Dr Hari Dutt Shishu, General Secretary, assured that the party will be reorganized and some new faces will be inducted to make it more vibrant and strong. He further said that they will take public opinion from all 10 districts of Jammu province and come up with a strategy to take on the divisive agenda of the ruling party.
Prof HR Sharma, Advocate BS Jamwal, Divya Suraj Partap Singh, Jatinder Papu, Sarpanch Mohan Singh and many Gujjar leaders were present in the meeting.
