JAMMU: Two women were killed and four persons suffered injuries when a car they were traveling in skidded off and rolled down from the road in Akhnoor area here in city outskirts.
Sub Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) Akhnoor, DySP Varun Jandial here said that a car on its way from Mendhar to Jammu, met with accident this evening when the driver lost its control on rashly driven vehicle.
“The car when reached near Tungi Morh, went out of control and rolled down about 150 feet deep gorge in which two ladies died on the spot,” said the police officer. (AGENCIES)
