Two missing boys recovered

KISHTWAR, Apr 26: Police here today recovered two missing minor boys from Jammu Railway Station.
On April 20, 2024, District Police Kishtwar received a complaint from parents of two minor boys, aged 14 and 15 years, residents of Kuchal, Chatroo in Kishtwar that the boys had gone missing from their homes.
After receiving the information, SSP Kishtwar, Abdul Qayoom, directed SHO Police Station Chatroo to lodge an FIR and he also constituted a special team led by SHO Chatroo, Inspector Vikram Parihar and assisted by Incharge Police Post Mughalmaidan, PSI Rohit Kumar, under the supervision of Dy.SP DAR, Sajjad Khan.
The special team through relentless efforts successfully traced out both the missing boys from Jammu Railway Station.
Following protocols and in consultation with Child Welfare Committee, both boys were reunited safely with their parents.
