SRINAGAR, June 5: Two minors drowned in Wular lake near Chrengpora in Banyari area of Sumbal in north Kashmir today.
The duo was identified as Tauseef Ahmad Khanday, 7, son of Mohammad Ramzan Khanday and Wahid Nazir,8, son of Nazir Ahmad Khanday.
Both are residents of Chrengpora Banyari.
Police, Army and locals are carrying massive rescue operation in Wular. However, so far the bodies have not been retrieved.
