JAMMU, Feb 5: Two persons were killed and as many injured when a SUV they were travelling in met with an accident and rolled down on the road in Udhampur district of Jammu and Kashmir.
Police on Saturday said that one SUV vehicle with four people on board during wee hours on Saturday met with an accident near Thanda Paddar and rolled down on the road.
Police team on receiving information rushed to the spot and evacuated the injured and shifted them to the hospital where two of them succumbed.
The deceased were identified as Abhay, 26 and Deevam, 23, residents of Udhampur.
Meanwhile the injured persons namely Harish, 24 and Paras, 25, have been referred to the Government Medical College and Hospital Jammu. (Agencies)
