JAMMU, Mar 3: Two persons were injured in a road mishap at Tangri area of Akhnoor while a 22-year old girl injured due to electrocution.
According to a police spokesperson, two brothers identified as Sunil Kumar (20) and Amit Kumar, sons of Bodh Raj and residents of Tangri in Akhnoor, received injuries when the motorbike they were going on, got slipped at Akhnoor.
At Kalyanpur area of city outskirts, a 22-year old girl identified as Shankui Verma (22) daughter of Darshan Lal and resident of Kalyanpur, got injured after she came in contact with a live wire at her residence.
All the injured persons were shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Jammu for treatment.
In both the cases, the concerned police have taken cognizance.
