JAMMU, May 2: Two persons were critically injured today in the collision of a car and a bike in Chowki Choura area of Akhnoor.
The mishap occurred near Chowki Choura Hospital, police sources said, adding, two youth namely Habib Khan (20) son of Zakir Hussain of Chandimarh (Poonch) and Zahir Mirza (21) son of Yousaf of Malik Market (Poonch) received serious injuries in the mishap.
Sources said both the injured youth were immediately shifted to nearby Chowki Choura Hospital and after providing first-aid, they were referred to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for further treatment.
Akhnoor Police had taken cognizance of the matter.
