JAMMU, Feb 28: Two persons were injured when a fire broke out allegedly due to leakage of LPG cylinder in a house at RS Pura.
According to a police spokesperson, a gas stove mechanic identified as Subhash Chander son of Des Raj of RS Pura had gone to the house of one Hardeep Kumar son of Bachchan Lal, a resident of Ward No 5, RS Pura, to repair a gas stove when a fire broke out due to leakage of LPG cylinder.
In the mishap, both Subhash and Hardeep received about 15-20 % burn injuries. They were shifted to Government Hospital, RS Pura, from where they were later referred to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu, for specialized treatment.
The concerned police had taken cognizance of the matter.
