DODA, Nov 28: Police today arrested two drug peddlers with narcotic substance.
As per Police sources, a Police Party from Police Station Bhadarwah while on routine Naka duty at Bus Stand Bhadarwah, stopped a car bearing registration number MH02BG-8468 for checking and found heroin like substance from a person travelling in it who disclosed his name as Muzamil Shabir son of Shabir Ahmed resident of Qilla Mohalla, Bhadarwah.
Police has registered an FIR with number 176/2022 U/S 8/21 NDPS Act at Police Station Bhadarwah and started investigation.
Meanwhile, another drug peddler has been arrested at Goilbar (Changa) Tehsil Chilly Pingal from whose possession 534 gm Charas was recovered.
He revealed his name as Adil Iqbal alias Adil Hussain son of Late Mohd Iqbal Batt resident of Manoie, Gandoh.
In this connection, an FIR with Number 88/2022 U/S 8/20 NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Gandoh and investigation started.
