Two-day pre-recruitment workshop begins for MBA students

JAMMU, Sept 28: Two-day pre-recruitment workshop for the students of MBA-International Business and the MBA students of Kathua Campus began at the International Centre for Cross-Cultural Research and Human Resource Management in collaboration with the Kathua Campus.
The workshop is facilitated by MindBridge Asia, a management Consulting firm that endeavours to enable the progress of enterprises by bridging the performance gaps besides unleashing end-to-end Business Solutions for the corporate sector.
The training sessions over two days shall be conducted by Manjot KS Gill, Director, MindBridge Asia, a spokesperson said.
In the opening remarks, Prof Neelu Rohmetra, Director, International Centre for Cross Cultural Research and Human Resource Management, said that the workshop is aimed at equipping the students with contemporary ways of handling corporate interactions. She also disclosed that the Centre shall shortly announce faculty recruitment and admission to the one-year PG Diploma in ‘Composite Culture Management’, which has recently been approved by the University Council.
Rector, Kathua Campus, informed that the Centre shall host another workshop of similar nature with NLP focus during the second week of October for the students of MBA –International Business and MBA students of the main campus and Kathua Campus.
Prof BC Sharma, Dean, Students Placements for University of Jammu, also interacted with the students. The workshop was coordinated by Naresh Sharma,Vivek Sharma and Pallvi Arora.
