JAMMU, Feb 12: Two persons including a 16-year old boy tried to end their lives by consuming some poisonous substances at their respective residences in city outskirts.
According to police sources, a youth Ravi Kumar (24) son of Dhani Ram of Patyalachak near Nagbani allegedly consumed some poisonous substance at his residence following which he was shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH).
Similarly, a minor boy identified as Suraj Prakash (16) son of Som Nath, a resident of Flora, also made an abortive attempt on his life by consuming some poisonous substance at his residence.
The condition of both was stated to be stable till the last reports came in. In both cases, Domana police have taken cognizance of the matter.
