JAMMU, Mar 15: Teacher’s Welfare Association president, Jasmeet Singh Madaan has urged LG Manoj Sinha and Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo to announce DA instalment for employees and DR for pensioners immediately as from tomorrow “Code of Conduct” will be enforced when the Lok Sabha elections will be declared in the afternoon.
“We fervently appeal our the LG and Chief Secretary who are always in the forefront for providing full support to employees and standing with them in releasing their dues in time, to act now also so that DA for the employees is released in time otherwise it will be delayed till the results of Lok Sabha elections,” Madaan said.
State like UP has also announced release of DA for its employees a day before yesterday and TWA too expects a goodwill gesture by the LG and the Chief Secretary, he said.
